• Course Description: The event features a circuit around the Lakes Resort Golf Course, offering a combination of asphalt and gravel paths. Runners complete multiple laps of this anticlockwise loop within their chosen time limit.
• Format Options: Participants can choose to run individually or as part of a relay team with up to six members.
• Time Limit: The event offers two time-based challenges where participants can opt for either a 6-hour or 12-hour duration to complete as many laps as possible.
• Self-Support: This event requires runners to be self-supported, with no aid stations provided on the course. Competitors are encouraged to set up their own ‘transition’ areas using the tent sites available.
• Recording Laps: Progress is manually tracked by runners marking completed laps on a designated lap board.
• Charity Component: The event operates on a pay-what-you-want basis, with 50% of all proceeds donated to the I Am Hope charity, supporting mental health awareness and resources.
