The Life In Motion Run Club is a social group that meet up a couple of times a week for runs.

At Reddy to Run, our mission is to create a welcoming, safe, and social space for runners of all abilities. Whether you're a beginner, casual jogger, or experienced marathon runner, you'll find support, motivation, and friendship in our vibrant community. We believe in the power of running together to build confidence, stay active, and have fun. Join us for group runs, training sessions, and social events, and become part of a positive, fitness-focused community that keeps you moving!

We meet every Monday evening at the Rec Centre on the Kelburn Campus from 6:15PM and head out running at 6:30PM.
