Club Description
The Life In Motion Run Club is a social group that meet up a couple of times a week for runs.
Starting back in 2016 with weekly Sunday runs around the trails of Wellington, the group now also meets up in a Wednesday night at Pukehuia Park in Newlands.
The group caters for all abilities and is a great option if you would like to explore trail running in a safe and supportive environment.
The weekly run meet ups are posted in a Facebook group and when you are ready to join in simply show up and join the crew.
