The Kererū Hill Country Walk/Run is scheduled for 5 April 2025. This off-road event is located at Big Hill Station, Kererū in Hastings. Participants will traverse a picturesque course over private farmland, nestled under the backdrop of the Ruahine Ranges. The course features challenging terrain, incorporating a blend of shingle farm tracks and paddocks, with an elevation gain of 500m. The event is coordinated by a partnership between the Friends of Kererū School and the Kererū Hall Committee.
