City2Surf Fun Run
The City2Surf event in Christchurch, scheduled for 15 March 2026, stands as the South Island’s largest participation event. The race begins at Latimer Square and concludes at Rawhiti Domain, following a scenic route along the Avon River and the Otakaro trail, eventually reaching New Brighton. A shorter course starts from Porritt Park, covering a different section of the city.
